Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use any Midgard X website, app or service, including SHIFT, MirrorsSphere, the Midgard X planners and Atlas AI. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Who provides the service. MIDGARDx AI Inc. (Midgard X), a federally incorporated Canadian company, Corporation No. 1835569-0, Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Contact: info@midgardx.ca.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission, to create an account.

Products in development

Some products are marked Beta or In development. They may change, have missing features or stop working for a time. We tell you which products are in this stage before you pay.

AI results, estimates and simulations

Atlas AI, MirrorsSphere simulations, planners and schedulers produce estimates to help you plan. They are not engineering, legal, financial or safety advice. Results marked Estimated or Illustrative are not measured data. Check important decisions with a qualified professional. Stamped engineering review is only provided when we quote it in writing.

Construction and project work

Construction, labour and project management work is covered by a separate written quote or contract. If that contract conflicts with these terms, the contract wins.

Payments

Prices are in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes (GST/PST). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically; see the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse our services: no illegal activity, no attempts to break in or overload our systems, no uploading content you don't have the right to share, and no harassment of other users. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of files and information you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

Our content

Our software, designs, logos and text belong to Midgard X. Don't copy or resell them without written permission.

Third-party links and services

Some pages link to other sites, maps and data feeds. We aren't responsible for their content or accuracy.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Midgard X is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under BC consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects paid plans, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
