Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Automatic renewal
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period and charge the card on file until you cancel. The price and renewal date are shown before you pay and in your receipt.
Introductory prices
When a plan starts at a launch or introductory price (for example, SHIFT membership at $4.99 for the first year), it renews at the regular price shown at checkout (for example, $9.99 per year). We email you at least 7 days before a yearly plan renews.
How to cancel
Cancel any time from your account settings, or email info@midgardx.ca. Apps bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are cancelled in that store's subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds

| League fees, team fees and insurance paid through SHIFT | Set by the league that collects them; contact your league |
| App store purchases | Handled by Apple or Google under their refund rules |
Billing errors
If you were charged by mistake, email info@midgardx.ca within 60 days and we'll fix it.
Price changes
We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect on your plan. You can cancel before it applies.
